Unlike most gyms, at Spring Fitness we have a separate Cardio Theater Room away from the banging and clanging of the main gym floor.  We offer a large selection of modern and user friendly cardio equipment including Treadmill, Steppers, Ellipticals, and Stationary Bikes.  The Treadmills feature Flex Deck Shock Absorption Technology that allows for a less stressfull exercise experience compared to other commercial treadmills.  The Ellipticals offer a smooth & natural upper and lower body low-impact workout.  The Stationary Bikes are available in either the recumbent or upright seat positions.  The Steppers encourage the best posture and prevent the ability to cheat allowing you to reach your fitness goals quicker and more efficiently.

Cardio Theater

We are also equipped with the area's only wireless Cardio Theater Technology.  Cardio Theater allows you to enjoy your favorite shows just by plugging a set of headphones into the wireless receiver located on every piece of cardio equipment.  Tune in your favorite television show on one of our large flat panel televisions and enjoy your favorite show while you exercise.  Easy to use, and you can even change channels during the commercials with one push of the button.  (Headphones are available for purchase at the Pro Shop.)
